VoIP Integration Phone Remote allows you to take control of a Cisco phone from anywhere with network connectivity.

Key strokes are sent to the phone which are interpreted as if the user had pressed the key on the actual phone. Screen updates show the screen as displayed on the device.

Choose from two methods to select and control a phone.

- With a Call Manager /Express End User that has device association you can control the phone via its IP address.
- With a Call Manager Admin user that has AXL permissions search right from within Phone Remote for a phone using it’s Extension, Description or MAC address. Call Manager Express XML User can search by Extension, or MAC Address.

A Call Me feature allows you to configure a destination phone number, with a single click the remote device will call you on speaker phone.

Key Stroke Macros allow users to record or enter a series of key strokes which are sent to the phone as a group. Common functions such as Call Info, Phone Reset and Factory Erase are easily accessed with pre-programmed macro buttons.

A Capture feature grabs a screenshot of the Cisco phone which is saved to a jpg file as well as copied to the clipboard, making development of training materials with actual screen images quick and easy.

This utility is great for troubleshooting remote site features like conferencing and call routing. Help desk users enjoy that they can control the actual phone and see the phone screen when troubleshooting or training end users.

Per User Licensing is based on the number of individuals that may use the software concurrently. Per Cluster licensing is also avialiable with unlimited users tied to your cluster(s) along with Integrator Licensing which allows for unlimited users and clusters.

New features in version 2.1 include :

  • Improved Keyboard interaction when navigating options
  • Ability to use keyboard to send keys to phone 0-9,*,#, F1-F5 (soft keys), Ctrl-1 through Ctrl 8 (Line Buttons), Enter = Speaker or Navigation Select
  • Automatically connects upon startup if cluster information is saved (puts you right on search)
  • Faster load time with improved application performance
  • User configurable Screen updates (down to 2 seconds)
  • Web Link to Phone Web page from Phone Remote Screen
  • Support for Call Manager Express / UC 500
  • Web Link to CCM Admin device settings page for connected phone
  • Device Information from within Phone Remote (Serial Number, Hardware and Software Version, Active CM, Standby CM, timezone, etc)
  • Network Information from within Phone Remote (IP, Subnet, Gateway, TFTP, VLAN's, Network port speeds, etc )
  • Monitoring of RTP Stream call stats, see packet loss, jitter and call MOS, codec's used, etc
  • Ability to search for an Extension Mobility profile and control the phone where that profile is logged in
